Service Coordinator / Executive Director
Beatriz Aviles-Giannone is the Service Coordinator and Executive Director of Adult Care Essentials Inc, bringing over 20 years of experience in care coordination, waiver services, and program leadership across the Capital Region. Throughout her career, Beatriz has held senior leadership roles overseeing TBI and NHTD waiver programs, OPWDD service coordination, and Medicaid-funded care management services. Her experience includes agency operations, staff supervision and training, quality assurance, audits, and direct collaboration with the Regional Resource Development Centers (RRDCs) and the New York State Department of Health.
Beatriz has extensive hands-on experience supporting individuals and families through person-centered service planning, eligibility coordination, referrals, and ongoing case monitoring. She has worked closely with service coordinators, providers, hospitals, and community partners to ensure timely assessments, compliant documentation, and continuity of care—while maintaining a strong focus on individual choice, independence, and community integration.
In addition to leadership and oversight, Beatriz has carried a direct service coordination caseload and brings a practical, grounded understanding of the challenges individuals and families face navigating Medicaid waiver systems. She is bilingual and has long-standing experience serving diverse populations throughout the Capital Region.
